Since its creation in 1986, ESTELEC Industrie has constantly evolved to support the growth of its customers and respond to new market needs.

Creation of ESTELEC Industrie in Illkirch-Graffenstaden (67), by Rodolphe Rauch and Jean-Luc Lorentz.

Implementation of the 1st CMS Robot.

1988

1991

Rémi Boehler joins the management team.

New strategy focused on a dynamic of service development through the expansion of products and services on offer.

Rémi Boehler becomes a shareholder.

1993

1994 to 1997

Significant development in the manufacturing of small and medium-sized electronic products for regional partners.

Implementation of a system guaranteeing product quality.

Complete computerization of the company, including the installation of an ERP software and digitized manufacturing files.

1998

1999

Implementation of a training plan supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) to support technological change.

Moving to larger premises in Dorlisheim (67).
Increased production capacity through new CMS investments.

2001 : ISO9002 certification by the AFAQ.

External growth through the acquisition of an electronics manufacturing company in Horbourg-Wihr (68), near Colmar.

Thierry Muller joins the management team and becomes a shareholder.

Increased skills of manufacturing operators through the implementation of qualification training, in the form of a Certificate of Professional Qualification of Metallurgy (CQPM) with the support of external stakeholders such as the AFPA and the support of the Government in the form of an EDDF (NdT – French Vocational Training Development Commitment) and of Europe through the ESF.

ISO9001 certification by the AFAQ.

Increase of production capacity by purchasing a robotic CMS installation line, dedicated to large series production.

Acquisition of a new CMS installation robot, dedicated to medium series production.

Acquisition of an Insitu test machine, a cleaning station, a varnishing robot and a climatic chamber.

Construction of a new 2,500 m² building in Scherwiller (67), near Sélestat.

The moving of the two sites at Dorlisheim and Horbourg-Wihr, into the new building in Scherwiller (67).

Certification ISO13485 by the AFAQ.

Implementation of a dedicated prototype workshop.

Acquisition of a new high-speed robotic CMS line.

Installation of new AOI optical control machines.

Acquisition of new reflow furnaces and a vapor phase furnace for prototyping.
